Two of the most important standards for our team are; 

(1) Starting your day by sharing your daily gratitude (five things you are grateful for) in addition to your main "Rocks" for the day (set specific goals for yourself) via our team "Slack" channel AND  (2) Reporting your daily lead generation activity each evening.  We believe these two things can make a HUGE impact on your personal business when it comes to mindset and accountability.

KW Command Login

The KW Command Opportunities are created and managed by the admin team, on your behalf -from APPT SET through CLOSING! Opportunities that are assigned to you will be visible on your dashboard. We will need your login to access and do this for you.

We have systems in place to ensure that we are tracking and processing everything seamlessly. You are encouraged to utilize Command to keep track of your pipeline and to check on the status of a transaction, however if any edits are needed, please contact your admin team.

One of the reasons tracking numbers is so important, is because it's the easiest and fastest way to uncover our growth opportunities. Without numbers, we are just guessing at what we should spend our time working to improve.

We utilize these numbers in a variety of ways, but most frequently to;

(1) calculate your specific conversion rate and

(2) ensuring clarity around your activity to know - confidently - if you are on track to reach your goal
