    Aaron embarked on his real estate career in 2007, just before the market took a downturn and quickly rose to prominence in the industry. The following year, Aaron's exceptional sales performance earned him the "Rookie of the Year" award, outshining his competitors by over 2 million dollars in sales.

    In 2011, a fortuitous encounter introduced Aaron to a national speaker and mega agent coach, leading to the creation of a successful Real Estate Expansion Team. As the Lead Agent, he successfully closed more than 100 home sales in the team's first year.

    By the end of 2017, Aaron's leadership as the Director of Expansion had propelled the team to impressive heights. They managed to secure nearly 1,000 house transactions in that year alone, and their reach expanded across 90 different locations throughout the United States.

    Aaron's expertise extends to coaching fellow agents across the United States and Canada as a Keller Williams MAPS Mastery Coach. He empowers agents to build a business worth owning and having a life by design, not by default.

    As the CEO of RealTour Property Group, Aaron oversees an Expansion Network spanning multiple states and the creation of HIVE Teamerage in partnership with Keller Williams Market Centers. His approach prioritizes exceptional customer experiences through consistent communication, while allowing agent partners the opportunity to develop their own businesses.

    Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Aaron married his high school sweetheart in 2003, and they now share the joys of parenthood with their two teenage children.

    Andrew Hill is relatively new to the Real Estate industry though not new to hard work and serving clients at a very high level. He helped run and implement customer satisfaction for 2 of the largest telecommunications companies in America and did so for roughly 15 years.

    Andy loves to push himself to the limit and is constantly looking for the next challenge in life. Andy loves to explore opportunities that benefit those around him and is on the lookout for Win-Win deals and partnerships. Andy has a very dynamic family background taking on his 2 daughters who were 3 and 5 years old at the age of 18. He raised them alongside another son throughout high school and through college teaching and training them to become college level athletes as well.

    Andy credits a lot of their successes through a disciplined mindset that was encouraged every day. He now has 2 grandchildren and is building the next chapter of his life by design.
